Millimetre-Precision Setting Out: High-accuracy laser layout of floor slab cast-in channels, bracket alignment, and dead-load anchor positioning before cassette delivery.

Controlled Heavy Panel Lifting: Safe, efficient handling of double- and triple-glazed unitised cassettes using floor-mounted monorail hoists, spider cranes, and specialised vacuum lifting frames.

Slab Edge & External Fixing Operations: Expert coordination between internal slab-edge fixers and external access teams (MEWPs, mastclimbers, or rigs) to guide bottom alignment pins and engage split-mullion stack joints.

Stack Joints & EPDM Weatherproofing: Meticulous installation of interlocking gaskets, primary weather seals, and internal EPDM membranes to guarantee air- and water-tight integrity.

Quality Assurance & Torque Verification: Rigorous bracket bolt torque checking, panel leveling, and digital QA sign-off reporting prior to floor handovers.
